We deliver your dog’s food on a flexible recurring schedule. Shipping is always free within the contiguous United States, and you can pause, cancel, or adjust your delivery frequency at any time.
Do I need to cook the food or can I serve it raw?
Our recipes are already fully cooked to ensure safety and digestibility. You simply need to defrost the packs in the refrigerator and serve them directly to your dog.
What is your return policy if my dog doesn't like the food?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on your first box. If your dog doesn't love it, we will issue a full refund, provided you donate the remaining food to a local animal shelter.
